The experience gained in aluminum and iron casting has enabled SiiF to apply these techniques to steel parts:

• Loading and unloading by rotary table.
• Sprue systems and feeders cutting.
• De-burring of parting line grinding and core outlets.
• Ingates grinding.

SiiF has developed a laser measuring system for tools combined with wear compensation software to ensure high finishing repeatability.
